The main contractor for the arena, convention centre, multi-storey car park and piazza (the publicly funded components of the development) is Bovis Lend Lease, and Birse Civils for site infrastructure.
The private sector 'partners' with specific development responsibility are McAleer and Rushe, developer of the Jurys Inn and Staybridge Suites hotels, and Artisan, developer of the 'affordable housing' component of 96 units.
