Masterplan - Review
In conjunction with project partners Liverpool City Council and Northwest Regional Development Agency, and reflecting the challenging economic circumstances, Liverpool Vision and landowner English Partnerships are currently reviewing masterplan proposals for the southern and as yet undeveloped part of the site. The review will acknowledge in particular difficult conditions surrounding the residential market and consider which alternative uses might be appropriate.
